CPS Business Units
Our GEO Specialty Chemicals division has a diverse product range operating out of 2 facilities in the US & UK. GEO is a leading supplier of specialty ingredients for eye-care and nutrition end-uses. GEO partners with customers to supply silicone, methacrylate and other targeted chemistries for use as key ingredients for contact lens manufacture. In nutrition, GEO is the largest North American supplier of glycine, a key amino acid used in numerous end-uses including human supplements and pet food. From our site in the UK, GEO is a supplier of a broad range of specialty methacrylate monomers and functional additives used in a wide range of coating, adhesive and sealant applications. In addition, leveraging our strength in alkoxylation, GEO is a leading supplier of specialty Polyalkylene Glycols (PAGs) used in end-markets including specialty lubricants, foam control, metal working fluids and other industrial end-uses.
Our FAR Chemical division specializes in challenging chemistries primarily serving the pharma, coatings, advanced composites and flavor and fragrance markets. FAR partners with customers supplying both proprietary products and custom manufacturing services. We pride ourselves on our ability to scale up new processes requiring highly reactive materials, enabling us to be a go-to-partner for companies looking for a reliable North American supplier. Our Palm Bay, FL facility specializes in multi-step synthesis from lab scale to hundreds of metric tons. Our Bound Brook, NJ facility is a cGMP, FDA approved manufacturer of intermediates and API’s for the pharmaceutical industry.
